Students may earn a maximum of two (2.0) additional Carnegie units per summer. Students can take up to 2 courses in THS Summer School earning 1.0 credit. Taking two courses requires the student to attend both Session A and Session B from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Students can select an online option to take additional courses.

Student success at summer school (THS, FLEX, or GAVS) is contingent upon a healthy partnership between students, parents, teachers, THS, or the online program. The Tucker HS School Student/Parent Agreement Summer 2024 outlines the responsibilities of each party to ensure a successful learning experience. Agreement to these terms is required prior to registration for any summer school courses. A signed copy of this document shall be provided to the student/parent and is to be housed in the student’s permanent folder.
